     Temporary sadness because of some genuine reason is accepted. But if one feels extremely sad but fine nothing can lift up one's spirit for more than a couple of weeks then this condition needs attention.

2. ONE FEELS FEARFUL SOMETIMES WITHOUT ANY REASON 

     One feels fearful sometimes without any reason this could be accompanied by heavy breathing and a rapid heart rate.

3. LOSS OF APPETITE OR INCREASED APPETITE

     Loss of appetite or increased appetite such changes in food habits lead to remarkable weight loss or weight gain. Stress and anxiety may result in loss of appetite as they may not feel hungry or have the energy to eat. On the other hand overeating comfort food can provide temporary relief from depressive odds and feelings there could also be episodes of vomiting due to overeating.

 4. PROBLEMS IN PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP DUE TO SUDDEN MOOD CHANGE

     Yes there are ways to improve mental health by cultivating some healthy habits these may include sleeping well, eating balanced meals exercising at least for 30 minutes every day practicing meditation writing 10 positive points every day staying in the company of people who uplift your confidence and trusting in a higher reality seek help from a therapist if required yoga offers a wide varieties of solution that helps to control the negative thoughts and infuses positivity and a mental balance through continuous practice.
